摘 要:目的 探讨CyclinD1和 p5 3在宫颈癌中过表达的意义。 方法 采用免疫组化SP法对 5 0例宫颈浸润性鳞癌、10例宫颈上皮肉瘤样变 (CIN)和 10例正常宫颈鳞状上皮中CyclinD1和p5 3蛋白进行了检测。 结果 CyclinD1和p5 3蛋白在宫颈浸润性鳞癌中过表达率分别为 70 %和 5 0 % ,CyclinD1和 p5 3在CIN中的过表达率分别为 30 %、2 0 % ,而在对照组中未出现过表达。CyclinD1在宫颈浸润性鳞癌病理Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级中的过表达率明显高于病理Ⅰ级 (P <0 .0 5 )。CyclinD1在宫颈浸润性鳞癌临床Ⅲ期中的过表达率明显高于临床Ⅱ期 (P <0 .0 5 )。p5 3在宫颈浸润性鳞癌病理Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级中的过表达率明显高于病理Ⅰ级 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 CyclinD1和 p5 3均与细胞周期G1/S期转换有关 ,它们的过度表达可能在不同的通路以不同的机制与宫颈癌的发生和发展有关。Objective To investigate the significance of overexpresson of Cyclin D1 and p 53 protein in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical squamous cell carcinomas. Methods 50 cases of invasive cervical squamous cell carcinomas,10 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and 10 cases of normal cervical squamous epithelium were investigated for the expression of cyclin D1 and p53 with immunohistochemistry SP method. Results The overexpression of cyclin D1 and p 53 in invasive cervical carcinomas were 70% and 50% respectively.The overexpression of cyclin D1 and p53 in CIN were 30% and 20% respectively.There was no overexpression of both in control group.The overexpression of cyclin D1 in grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ was much higher than that of grade Ⅰ ( P < 0.05) . and the overexpresson of cyclin D1 in stage Ⅲ of cervical carcinoma was significantly higher than that of in stage Ⅱ ( P < 0.05). The overexpression of p 53 in grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ of cervical carcinoma was remarkably higher than that in grade Ⅰ ( P < 0.05). There was no correlation between the overexpression of cyclin D1and p53( P <0.05). Conclusion Both cyclin D1 and p 53 were related to G 1/S transition in cell cycle. The overexpression of them were associated with development and progression cervical carcinoma probably through different mechanisms and in different pathways.
