摘　　要：目的　探讨髓外浆细胞瘤 (EMP)的诊断和治疗。方法　 4例髓外浆细胞瘤的临床资料。结果　 1例疗后失访。 2例分别随访 74月和 5 6月 ,无局部复发、远处转移 ,无进展证据。 1例治疗后 6个月复发 ,18个月时死于多发性骨髓瘤 (MM )。结论　EMP的诊断确立必须有组织学结果 ,并经系统检查除外MM ;放疗和手术是EMP的主要治疗手段。Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of extramedullary plasmacytoma (EMP). Methods Clinical data of 4 patients with EMP treated in this hospital were reviewed retrospectively and related literature was reviewed. Results One case was lost to follow up. Two cases have not been suffered from local recurrence,distant metastasis or progression to multiple myeloma (MM) during follow up of 74 months and 56 months respectively. One case developed local recurrence 6 months after treatment and died from MM within 18 months. Conclusion Confirmation of diagnosis of EMP requires histological result and exclusion of MM; radiotherapy and surgery are the main choice for treating EMP, the role of chemotherapy needs further evaluation.
