晚期直肠癌的姑息疗法

摘　　要：应用肠腔及痔上动脉化疗药物灌注后用TH胶堵塞痔上动脉,结扎双侧髂内动脉以阻断肿瘤组织的血供,治疗17例晚期直肠癌。经1年～7年随诊,对照观察表明:76.4%自觉症状好转,23.5%减轻,82.3%自我生活能力提高,88.2%粘液分泌及出血减少,原发灶生长趋于缓慢,病理显示细胞退形性变,癌细胞结构模糊,核仁不清,细胞萎缩,间隙增大,周围组织水样变性,生存期较单纯造瘘组延长2年左右。Since 1983, We have treated 17 caces of the rectalcancer in advanced stage with chemotherapy byperfusing the intestinal cavity and the superior rectal ar-tery with anticarcinogen and then obstructing the superi-or hemorrhoid artery with TH glue, ligating the bilateralinternal iliac arteries in order to stop the blood supplyof the cancer. Through one to seven yers fllow-up serv-ice and control observation, 76.4% patients felt theirconscious symptoms take a turn for the better 23.5%patients felt their symptoms abate, 82.3% patients im-proved their ability to look after themselves. Themucus secretion and hamorrhage of 88.2% patients de-creased. The original focus tends to grow slowy. Pathol-ogy shows as follows: The cell of the cancer has retrograde affections. The cyto-architectionics is indistinct and thenucleolus is not clear. The cell atrophies and the cyto-intervals enlarge. The existent time will be about two years longerthan that of the simple fistulation.
