白血病患者红细胞免疫功能的研究

摘　　要：应用红细胞酵母菌花结试验检测60例白血病患者的红细胞免疫粘附活性及红细胞膜免疫复合物水平。结果显示白血病患者发作期及部分或完全缓解期以上两指标与正常人比较,有显著性差异(P<0.001);但缓解期可得到一定程度恢复。同步检测患者血清循环免疫复合物及补体含量,探讨了红细胞免疫粘附活性降低与循环免疫复合物升高的关系。By Using the yeast-rosette test; erythrocytes from60 patients with leukemia were tested for red-cell im-mune adherence (RCIA) activity and the valuc of im-mune complexes on the surface of red cells. The valueof serum circulating immune complexes (CIC) andComplement C_3 were also determined. The resultsshowed that RCIA activity and the value of immunecomplexes on the surface of red cells in group of Pa-tients with no remission were signilicanty lower thanthose in control group and in group of patients withComplete remission. But the rosette rate of the patientswith complete remission was higher than those im no. re-mission. The re?tion of the depression of RCIA activi-ty and the elevated concentration of CIC in serum ofpatients with leukemia were also inquired.
