摘　　要：ZXJ型钻具清洗机是一种集水力、电力、机械、气动和自动化于一体的新设备 ,主要有机械传动、电气控制和冲洗 3种功能。采用该清洗机 ,避免了钻具内外表面残留的钻井液中的化学药品及有害元素对钻具的腐蚀 ,延长了钻具的使用寿命。为了保证水力清洗的有效性 ,内、外喷头上的喷嘴喷出具有一定速度的水流 ,用以冲洗钻具表面的附着物。对钻具的内外螺纹 ,强制清洗并延长清洗时间。清洗后 ,用压缩空气吹干内表面。ZXJ型钻具清洗机试运转期间 ,清洗钻具约 13万m ,达到设计指标 。To remove the remained drilling fluid on the inner and outer surfaces of the drilling pipe, a new drilling pipe cleaning machine is developed, which has the functions of mechanical transmission, electric control and washing. The inner and outer nozzles on the machine spray water flow at a certain velocity to wash the adhesive substance on the surface of the drilling pipe. And the threads of the pipe are cleaned for long time. Then the inner surface of the pipe is dried with compressed air. Application proves the new cleaning machine performances well.
