摘 要:在进入 2 1世纪的今天 ,中国旅游业面临着诸多挑战 ,因此旅游企业的管理理念也应有着新的调整。回顾上个世纪全球有关管理理论的发展 ,针对旅游企业服务的个性特征 ,其中的确有着不少值得重新思考的地方。抛弃一些不切实际的旧口号 。As we are entering the 21st century, China's travel industry is facing a lot of challenges. Therefore, the managerial concept for tourism enterprises should also be readjusted accordingly. When we look back at the global development of the managerial concept during the last century, we find that, in case of the individual characteristics of tourism enterprises, there are quite a lot of respects worthy of reconsideration. Consequently, we must get rid of those old, unrealistic slogans and introduce more new ways of thinking into the management of tourism enterprises; and all this must be now put on our research agenda.
