草浆黑液回收中的硅干扰及除硅技术

摘　　要：本文综述了草浆黑液中硅化物的来源及其在草浆黑液化学药品和热量回收过程中的危害,分析比较了各种除硅方法,列举了国外用烟道气排除黑液中硅化物的生产实例。The problem of silica imerfence in the recovery of heat and chemicals from straw pulp black liquor is discussed, and several desilication processes are introduced in this paper. Also, some industrial instances of desilication with flue gas, which are of great significance in practices, are described in detail.
