L-色氨酸治疗39例神经症抑郁症双盲自身对照研究

摘　　要：本文报告了用l-色氨酸与空白剂活疗39例神经症、抑郁症的双盲自身对照研究。疗效用四级评定及Scl-90,Hamilton睡眠记录,睡眠障碍自我评定量表评定,副作用用治疗副作用量表评定。结果:用l-包氨酸3.0～6.0g/d治疗6周后,显著好转率72%(28/39),有效率92%(36/39),催眠,镇静作用可靠,副作用小。本文并就l-色氨酸对躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、强迫几个重要症状因子的疗效进行了分析与讨论。In this paper the authors report the results of the crossover treatment of 39 cases of neurosis and depression who received treatment of placebo and l-tryptophan.The therapeutic effects were evaluated respectively with the four-degree scale and the rating scales of SCL-90,Hamilton sleep records and sleep disturbance self-checklist.The side-effects were evaluated with Theatment Emergent Symptoms scale.The data show that after a six- week treatment of l-tryptophan 3.0-6.0g/d,the rate of marked improv- ement is 72%,effective rate is 92%.It is concluded that the effects of hypnogenesis and sedation,are reliable mild and the side-effects are mild. By means of l-tryptophan,the therapeutic effects which concern somatization, depression,anxiety,phobia and compulsion are analysed and discussed.
