脑梗塞急性期胰岛素与血糖水平的研究

摘　　要：选择 15 8例脑梗塞患者为观察组 ,另选择 10 0例非脑梗塞患者为对照组。 2 4h内抽取两组患者的静脉血测定空腹胰岛素值、空腹血糖值 ,并计算出胰岛素敏感性指数。对两组的胰岛素值、血糖值及胰岛素敏感指数进行统计学比较。结果表明 ,观察组胰岛素水平、血糖水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,胰岛素敏感性指数明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,脑梗塞急性期胰岛素及血糖水平增高 。cases with acute ischemic stroke were investigated and 100 cases without ischemic stroke served as the control group.For all cases the levels of insulin and glucose in vein blood on fasting were detected and the insulin sensitivity index counted All data were analysed statistically. The results show that the levels of insulin and glucose of the investigation group is significantly higher than those of the control group ( P <0.01)while the insulin sensitivity index is significantly lower than that of the those of the control group ( P <0.01).The conclusion is that the levels of insulin and glucose arise and the insulin sensitivity index decreases with acute ischemic stroke.
