中国高等教育大众化过程特点探析

摘　　要：我国当前高等教育大众化进程具有一些与发达国家不同的特点 ,这主要表现为 :政府的政策目标导向使实现大众化成为一个积极、主动的过程 ,调动民间财力投入高等教育是实现大众化的主要方式 ,地区差异导致大众化过程发展的不平衡性。The process from elite to mass higher education in China is different from the ones of some developed countries because of national condition and tradition of higher education peculiar to China. The characteristics of the process are as follows: (1) The development of the process is guided by government policy. (2) Private funds are important financial resources for increasing university enrollment. (3) Regional differences lead to imbalance in the process of massification.
