摘　　要：目的　探讨热化疗对口腔癌患者IL - 2、TNF -α水平的影响。方法　 12例口腔癌患者接受热化疗 ,于第一次治疗前及最后一次治疗后取其外周血行IL - 2、TNF -α水平检测。结果　热化疗后口腔癌患者IL - 2、TNF-α水平较治疗前大大提高 ,统计学上有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　热化疗可以提高口腔癌患者IL - 2、TNF-α水平 ,从而增强机体的免疫功能 ,提高机体全身抗肿瘤免疫效应。Objective To study the influence of thermochemotherapy on the level of IL-2?TNF-α in peripheral blood of patients with oral cancer. Methods 12 subjects with oral cancer were treated by thermochemotherapy, and the level of IL-2/TNF-α in peripheral blood was analyzed. Results Thermochemotherapy can obviously enhance the activity level of cytokines (IL-2?TNF-α)(P< 0.01) . Conclusion Thermochemotherapy can reduce the toxicity and side-effects of chemotherapy and enhance the activity level of cytokines, thus enhance the patient's immune function. Therefore, it can enhance the antitumor response in whole body.
