摘　　要：本文在回顾我国儿童图书馆 2 0多年来发展概况的基础上 ,对少年儿童图书馆的发展提出了展望目标 ,旨在推动少年儿童图书馆事业在新的形势下更上一层楼。This paper put forwards the prospect aim of development of Chinese youth and children library based on reviewing general situation over2 0 years,promotes much development of youth and children library cause in new situation.
