护士长查房对提高临床护理教学效果的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨临床护理教学方法的改革 ,提高临床教学效果。方法　将来自同一高校的 4 0名护生分别进入有和无护士长查房病区 ,以实施传统的教学法作为对照组 ,以实施护士长查房教学法作为实验组。在实习结束前填写教学反馈意见 ,观察 4 0名护生对两种教学效果评价比较。结果　 4 0名护生对两种教学效果评价有显著差异。结论　护士长查房教学法不仅激发学生的学习积极性、主动性 ,提高专科理论水平 ,培养学生的综合能力。同时也加强和巩固了教师队伍 。Objective To explore the reform of clinical nursing teaching method, raise the clinical teaching effect. Methods We send separately 40 nurse students from the same college to different wards with or without head nurse ward inspection. After practice, they were asked to write teaching feedback ideal, then we compared the evaluation of 40 nurse students to two teaching methods. Results The evaluation of 40 nurses nurse students to two kinds of teaching methods were significant difference ( P <0.01). Conclusions Head nurse ward inspection can greatly stimulate the students to study actively and initiatively, raise professional theoretical level and train the students summing up ability. Meanwhile, it can enhance and strengthen teacher troop, raise clinical nursing teaching effect.
