恶性血液病治疗前后T细胞亚群和NK细胞活性测定分析

摘　　要：目的　检测 46例恶性血液病患者化疗前后外周血T细胞亚群及NK细胞活性 ,观察胸腺肽免疫功能。方法　应用单克隆抗体和流式细胞仪。结果　 (1)恶性血液病患者各项免疫活性细胞表达均低于对照组 ;(2 )晚期和复发型恶性血液病患者各项免疫指标均低于初发型恶性血液病 ;(3 )AL各项免疫指标明显低于其它恶性血液病 ;(4 )治疗后A、B两组比较 ;A组的NK细胞活性明显高于B组 ,A组治疗后CD3 、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK细胞活性明显高于治疗前。结论　T细胞亚群、NK细胞活性在恶性血液病患者中受到抑制并随病情程度而进一步加剧 ,其中AL患者受抑更甚 ,胸腺肽能明显提高恶性血液病患者的细胞免疫功能 ,尤其对NK细胞 ,它是一种低毒高效的生物反应调节剂。Objective To determine the peripheral blood T cell and NK cell activity in 46 cases of malignant hemopathic patients before and after chemotherapy,and to observe thymopeptides(TP) immune function.Methods The activities of peripheral blood T cell subsets and NK cell were determined with monoclonal antibody and flow cytometry.Results (1)The immune indexes of malignant hemopathic patients were lower than those of the control group.(2) The immune indexes of the advanced and recurrent malignant hemopathic patients were lower than those of first occurred patients.(3)The immune indexes of the acute leukemia were obviously lower than those of any other malignant hemopathy.(4)After treatment,the NK cell activity in A group was significantly greater than that of B group.There was a statistically significant increase in CD + 3 and CD + 4 cells, ratio of CD + 4/CD + 8 and NK cell activity after treatment.Conclusion The activity of T cell subsets and NK cell in malignant hemopathic patients was further inhibited with the advancing of illness.The suppression on acute leukemia patients is more significant.The thymopeptides can significantly improve the cell immune function of malignant hemopathic patients,particularly for NK cell.It is a highly effective biological response regulator with few side effects.
