摘　　要：本文从我国农业资源、国民经济发展情况、“特种经济”的出现、西部大开发、加入世界贸易组织和食品工业发展情况等方面分析了我国食品机械市场发展的前景。同时从观念、技术、信息和人才等角度提出了发展我国食品机械的创新思路。In this article, we analyze the developing prospective of our domestic food machinery from the agricultural resources, national economy development, 'special economy' emergence, west area exploitation, participation of WTO, and food industry development. We also propose some innovative thoughts for the development of our domestic food machinery on the concept, technology, information and personnel.
