教育层次比的数学模型初探

摘　　要：我们认为,人才预测中所得到的学历层次结构比不能简单地照搬到专门人才培养规划中来。建立福建省属普通大中专院校宏观规划中的招生层次结构比的数学模型应依据以下两点; 1、应充分考虑到教育与外部环境,特别是与经济、社会的关系。 一方面,随着经济与社会的发展,科学技术的进步,技术装备的提高,社会不仅对专门人才的需求量而且对专门人才的学历层次结构比的合理性等提出更高的要求。另一方面。The paper first gives the concept of contribution function, which is a quantity target highlighting the social and economic efficiency of qualified personnel with various levels of education. Then,on the basis of this concept, it, builds up the mathimaticae models of constituent ratio of various levels of education in the macrocosmic programming for the training of professionals in the institutions of higher education of fujian province, which is adout multi-goal mathematical programming. Finally.it presents a prelnminary analysis of the result of calculation.
