CT动态观察脉血康治疗脑出血的临床研究

摘　　要：应用颅脑CT检查对脉血康治疗急性期脑出血进行治疗前后对比观察,发现1月内中小血肿液化吸收率达79．13%,血肿完全消失者占80%,有效率达86．67%,缩短病程10d左右,表明脉血康能促进脑内血肿液化吸收,缩短病程,促进神经功能恢复。Acute cerebral hemorrhage treated by Mai Xue Kang was observed in CT. To observe that small or moderate hematoma was liquefied or absorbed by 79. 13% in a month. The rate of complete disappearance of hematoma was 80% . The effective rate was 86. 67%. The course of disease was decurtated about 10d. Those directed that liquefaction and absorption of intracerebral hematoma could be promoted by Mai Xue Kang. Mai Xue Kang could decurtated the course of disease and promoted recovery of nerve function.
