摘　　要：第二代计算机控制和管理的投票系统(ComputerControlledandManagedVotingSystem)是为某市人大研制的一套具有推广价值的投票系统。它是一套基于图像处理和信息识别,集光、机、电等技术于一体,由若干台独立的票箱和1台中央主机组成的网络化系统。该系统本身是一套开放性的系统,它为不同种类的选票识别提供了一个通用的工作平台。文章首先简要介绍了系统的整体构成和特点,然后较为详细地论述了系统在机械、电控、软件上的设计思路和技术特点。The second generation Computer Controlled and Manage d Voting System(CCMVS)is developed for the Beijing People's Conference.The CCMV S is a networking system based on the digital image processing and the pattern r ecognition technology,which includes software programming,electronic technolog y,illumination technology and mechanical design.A central computer and several voting boxes that are connected by network make up this system.This paper give s a brief introduction to the principle of the CCMVS and then demonstrates the t echnical characters of the voting box's mechanical system,control system and so ftware programming.
