摘　　要：商 741沙一段火成岩是水下火山多期爆发作用形成的火山碎屑锥体 ,油藏储层具有多种储集空间类型 ,储层平面、层间、层内非均质严重 ,原油粘度大。为了合理开发该油藏 ,在开发前期油藏精细描述和动态资料分析的基础上 ,搞清了油藏开采特征 ,确定了开发方式、开采方式、合理井距、层系划分 ,论证了多种开发方案并进行了方案优选。优选方案实施后 ,开发井成功率 1 0 0 % ,取得了较好的开发效果。The pyrogenetic rock is a volcaniclastic cone formed in the process of submersible multistage volcanic explosion in Es 1 member of Shang 741 Oilfield,the reservoir within the cones has many kinds of hydrocarbon pore volumes Heterogeneity is serious in the reservoir plane, interlayer and within the reservoir, crude viscosity is high For the rational development of the reservoir,the reservoir development property is understood, the ways of development and production, the rational well spacing and the identification of strata are determined, several development programs are demonstrated and optimized on the basis of earlier precisional reservoir description and dynamic data analysis After the implementation of the optimized programs the success ratio of the development well is 100%,better development result is achieved
