摘　　要：系统地回顾了全球及中国的荒漠化现状、危害与发展趋势 ,提出了防治荒漠化的紧迫性及其战略意义 ,并从组织、法规、科技、财政等方面提出了一系列具体对策 。The statue quo, damage and trend of desertification in China and in the world were reviewed, and the urgency and significance of desertification control were discussed. Some countermeasures were put forward in term of organization, statute, science and technology, and finance, which will provide referrence for some research institutes and decision making departments.
