广东私营企业的发展与宏观管理对策的选择

摘　　要：2 0 0 2年 ,广东私营企业将继续高速增长。私营企业的快速发展 ,不仅促进了经济的发展 ,增加了政府的财政收入和外贸出口创汇 ,也增进了劳动就业。随着我国加入WTO ,对外经贸关系将发生重大变化 ,广东省应进一步向私营企业开放经营范围 ,实行国民待遇 ,并优化投资环境 ,调整信贷政策 ,加强引导 ,促进发展 ,鼓励私营企业参与国际市场竞争 ,把私营企业的发展纳入政府的经济发展规划中。In the year 2002, private enterprises in Guangdong province will have a high growth rate. The rapid development of private enterprises not only promotes the economic development and increases the fiscal revenue and export revenue, but also increases the employment. After the entry of WTO, China's foreign economy and trade relationship is facing the big changes. To absorb the private enterprises into the economic plan of the government, the province should go further in openness to private enterprises and entitle its the national treatment, optimize the investment environment, and adjust the credit policy, etc.
