利用动物油脂生产硬脂酸油酸工艺改进研究

摘　　要：本工艺是在常压下将油脂皂化 ,再将皂化液转化成油酸铅硬脂酸铅沉淀 ,用酒精将二者分离 ,分离后再通过酸化处理生成相应的油酸与硬脂酸的生产 ,经初步检验 ,符合工业要求 。Olein is saponified at normal air pressuer.The solution,got from saponification,is changed into precipitate of lead oleale and lead stearate.Using alcohol to seperate lead oleae and lead atearate,then after a series reaetion with hydrochloric, acid oleic acid and stearic acid are obtained.The final product has high quality.Above all,The new sythetic technique is superion to old ones,in that it is simple and fast.
