摘　　要：针对目前人们对知识管理理论研究较多 ,而知识管理中风险和防范问题探讨较少的情况 ,提出了知识管理的风险形式 ,即 :技术创新风险、秘密风险、人才风险、信息风险、时滞风险等 ,同时从知识管理角度提出相关的防范措施。At present,many scholars are wild about the theory of knowledge manager,while the risk of knowledge manage is not aroused to discuss by scholars,the keeping away the risk of knowledge manage is the same situation.According to this problem author puts forward the risk forms(tehnical innovation risk,secret risk,manpower risk,information risk and tine lag risk etc.)in this paper.From the view of knowledge manager author lists a series of measures to keep away these risks.
