新世纪高校教学改革工作的几点思考

摘　　要：面向社会招聘教师是推动高校高素质教师队伍建设的有效途径 ,是保障高校教学改革的前提和基础。实施“学分制” ,废除“补考制” ,建立“重修制”有利于提高教学质量。理论课与实验课相剥离有利于培养创新能力和实践能力。“基础 +专业 +特色”Recruiting teachers from society is an effective way to promote teachers′ quality and guarantee the teaching reform in colleges and universities. The implementation of the credit system and the restudy system and the abolishment of the makeup examination system contribute to the improvement of teaching quality. To separate theory courses from experimental courses is beneficial to the development of creativity and practical capability. The elementary knowledge + major + characteristics patten can ensure students′ all-around development.
