摘　　要：本文报告4例外伤性肢体假性动脉瘤、均在动脉造影确定诊断后经动脉重建术治愈。并对外伤所致假性动脉瘤的诊断和治疗进行了讨论。Four cases of traumatic pseudoaneurysm of extremities were reported.After definite diagnosis Was obtained by the arteriography,the artery reconstruction were performed and the post-operative resltus are excellent in all patients,The diagnosis and treatment of the traumatic pseudaneurysm of extremities were also commented in this paper.
