摘　　要：用铸铁件均衡凝固理论和卡赛的浇冒口设计方法,在无冒口和安全小冒口条件下,成功地浇出了大模数厚壁高强度孕育铸铁件,提高了工艺出品率。Based on the principle of proportional solidification and the sates and risers design method presented by S.I.Karsay. The large modulus castings of heavy section were success fully cast under the conditions of riserless or small riser and the casting yield was enhanced.
