摘  要:用党参、黄芪给大鼠灌胃造成实热证模型 ,大鼠、黄连与黄芩灌胃造成虚寒证模型 ,观察黄连与吴茱萸分别为 6∶1 (即左金丸 )、2∶1 (即甘露散 )、1∶1 (即茱萸丸 ,又名变通丸 )三种不同配伍比例对它们的影响 ,结果表明左金丸和甘露散能使实热证和虚寒证大鼠红细胞膜钠泵 (Na+ K+ ATP酶 )和钙泵 (Ca2 + Mg2 + ATP酶 )的活性显著降低 ,有消除热证病理改变和加重寒证病理改变的效应 ,即寒性的作用。茱萸丸 (变通丸 )此作用不明显。To study the effect of Rhizoma Coptidis Chinensis and Fructus Evodiae with the ratio of 6∶1, 2∶1 and 1∶1 respectivety on the activities of Na + K + ATP enzyme and Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATP enzyme in erythrocyte membranes in rat. Methods: The Heat Syndrome (热证) model of rats were established by feeding the decoction of Radix Astragali and Radix Codonopsis. At the same time, the Cold Syndrome (寒证) model of rats were established by administering the decoction of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Scutellariae. Then, observed the effects of Rhizoma Coptidis Chinensis and Fructus Evodiae on the above rats. Result: The group with the ratio of 6∶1 and 2∶1 could evidently lower the activities of Na + K + ATP enzyme and Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATP enzyme in the model of rats. Conclusion: Rhizoma Coptidis Chinensis and Fructus Evodiae with the ratio of 6∶1 or 2∶1 could respectively eliminate the pathological changing in Heat Syndrome or made it more heavier in Cold Syndrome.
