儿童腹部脏器外囊性病变的CT表现和病理类型的关系

摘　　要：目的 :探讨儿童腹部脏器外囊性病变的CT表现与病理类型间的相关性。材料和方法 :回顾性分析经手术病理证实的 17例儿童腹部脏器外囊性病变 (19个 )的CT表现。结果 :淋巴管瘤 6例 ,肠源性囊肿 2例 3个病变 ,单纯性囊肿 3例 ,肠重复畸形囊肿 2例 ,囊性畸胎瘤 3例 ,腹部脓肿 2例。各类型病变的CT表现各具一定的特征。结论 :儿童腹部脏器外囊性病变主要为良性病变 ,其CT表现与病变局部解剖结构和病理类型之间关系密切。Purpose:To study the CT manifestations of abdominal non organic cystic diseases in children and its pathologic correlation.Materials and methods:The CT manifestations of 17 cases (19 lesions)proved by surgery and pothology were analyzed retrospectively.Results:There were six cases of lymphangioma, two cases (three lesions)of enteric cyst, three cases of simple cyst, two cases of enteric duplication cyst, three cases of cystic teratoma and two cases of abdominal abscess.Each disease had its own characteristics on CT scanning.Conclusion:The majority of abdominal non organic cystic diseases are benign.In these diseases, CT manifestations are correlating closely with their topographic sites and pathological types.
