河北职技师院特困生现状及对策研究

摘　　要：对河北职业技术师范学院 35 0名学生家庭生活状况进行了抽样调查。结果表明 :贫困生占抽查学生总数的 4 2 % ,特困生占抽查学生总数的 33% ;女特困生比例略高于男特困生 ;来自农村的贫困学生比例是来自城镇贫困学生的 3倍。极少数贫困学生家庭贫困是由于家庭各种不幸、父母身体不好或年龄过大造成 ,大部分是由于家庭处在贫困地区、家庭人口较多、父母的文化程度低、父母是农民或是下岗工人。我院 78%的特困生学习刻苦 ;83%的特困生生活俭朴 ;96 %的特困生心理素质好 ;97%的特困生同学关系比较融洽 ;76 %特困生性格内向 ;83%的特困生情绪稳定 ;76 %的特困有过自卑感 ,其中只有 9%的特困生的自卑感源于家庭贫困 ;6 4 %的特困生准备考研 ;2 5 %的特困生在谈恋爱。从以下几方面解决特困生问题 :(1)变无偿资助为有偿服务 ,无偿资助与有偿服务相结合 ;(2 )鼓励学生自己联系勤工助学岗位 ;(3)制定特困生奖励条例 ,鼓励特困生努力学习 ;(4)鼓励特困生向社会提供智能型有偿服务 ;(5 )做好特困生思想工作 ,帮助他们树立“自尊、自信、自立、自强”A sample investigation was made about family financial backgrounds of 350 students from Hebei Vocation technical Teachers' College It showed that impoverished students account for 33% The number of females is a little larger than males and there are 3 times more impoverished students from the country than from towns and cities The majority of them come from families with too big a family, poor educational background Their parents are either peasants or unemployed 78% of them are hardworking 83% lead a thrifty and simple life 97% get along well with their classmates 76% are introvert 64% are preparing for graduate schools 25% of them are in love Therefore, in order to solve their financial problems, the college should encourage them to find their while studying part time job, and provide intellectual services to the society for financial returns The college should also stop its free financial aid policy, reward students according to their academic performance financially, and help them to respect themselves, have self confidence, support themselves and strive to be strong
