摘　　要：HIV- 1整合酶是逆转录病毒复制所必要的酶 ,因此也是抗艾滋病药物作用的一个合理靶点。本文综述了近3年来整合酶抑制剂的发展现状并对药物设计时可以考虑的几个作用位点进行了讨论。Human immunodeficiency virus type 1 integrase is an essential enzyme for retroviral replication and the rational target of anti AIDS drugs. This review focuses on the recent developments of integrase inhibitor. And the sites of action of integrase inhibitors are discussed so as to design the new anti AIDS drugs.
