摘  要:K562 cells can be induced to apoptosis by matrine, but the mechanism remains unknown. cDNA expression array was applied to study genes’ expression change of K562 cells induced by matrine. Expression of 16 genes was decreased, 11 of them belonged to genes of cyclins or CDKs, 4 of them were anti apoptosis genes, and expression of 19 genes was increased, 11 of them were proapoptotic genes.K562 cells can be induced to apoptosis by matrine, but the mechanism remains unknown. cDNA expression array was applied to study genes' expression change of K562 cells induced by matrine.
