季节及年龄对急性脑血管病发病的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨季节及年龄对急性脑血管病发病的影响。方法　对 182 4例急性脑血管病患者发病时的季节、年龄进行回顾性分析。结果　脑梗死患者在 7、8、11、12、次年 1月份 ,即夏季、冬季发病人数增多 (P <0 0 5 )。脑出血病人在 11、12、次年 1月份 ,即冬季发病人数明显增多 (P <0 0 1)。急性脑血管病病人发病年龄在 5 0岁以上者占 83 0 1%。结论　 5 0岁以上人群在夏季、冬季 。Objective: To discuss the influence of season and age on cerebrovascular diseases Methods: the relationship between 1824 patients of cerebrovascular diseases and seasons and age were studied respectively Results: The occurrence of cerebral infarction increased in the months of July, Auguest, November, December and January(P<0 05) There was a significant increase of the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage in the months of November December and January (P<0 01) The patients over 50 year 0ld were predominant, with the occurrence of 82% Conclusion: The attacks of cerebrovascular diseases are very liable in summer and winter, especially those of the patients over 50 years old in winter
