摘　　要：目的 :目前截肢后的残肢端部大多不能承重 ,也不能悬吊假肢 ,影响了残肢功能和假肢安装效果 ,本文提出了解决以上问题的方法。方法 :截肢时对残肢骨端实施再造术 ,植入人工骨端。结论 :此方法将使残端能承受体重 ,且能自然悬吊假肢 。Objective: Now most ends of the stump can not support body weight and hang the limb prosthesis.The fuctions of the stump and the results of prosthesis fitting are not so perfect.This paper gives the method for solving the problems above.Method:The methods are remaking the stump and planting an artificial bone end.Conclusion:The ends of stump can support body weight and hang the limbprosthesis.The effect of fitting limb prosthesis will be improved.
