摘  要:目的 :研究外源性一氧化氮 (NO)作用于体外培养的骨肉瘤细胞株 (HOS)后细胞表面形态的变化 ,推测其对HOS侵袭能力的影响。方法 :在HOS培养液中加入不同浓度的硝普钠 (SNP)以产生外源性的NO ,通过扫描电镜 ,观察骨肉瘤细胞株表面形态的超微结构变化。结果 :不同浓度的SNP在体外均可改变细胞表面形态 ,浓度越高 ,细胞表面的绒毛或突起越少 ,伸展范围也越小 ,而对照组细胞表面的绒毛突起丰富且向周围伸展。结论 :NO可以减少骨肉瘤细胞株表面的绒毛突起 。Objective: To study the influences of exogenous nitric oxide on the formation of villus or processus of human osteosarcoma cell line (HOS).Methods:Different concentrations of sodium nitroprusside(SNP)were added into the culture solution of HOS in vitro.Through scanning electron microscope,the villus or processus in the surface of HOS were observed.Results:All the groups of SNP could depress the formation of villus or processus of HOS.The difference was also obvious.The more concentration of SNP was the less formation of villus or processus.Meanwhile the formation of villus or processus and extension in the control group (PBS)were very obvious.Conclusions:Exogenous nitric oxide could depress the formation of villus or processus of HOS in vitro.Thos phenomenon might direct the losses of invasive and metastatic abilities of HOS in vitro.
