摘　　要：目的 :测定当归在60 Co-γ射线辐照前后其主要有效成分阿魏酸的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,以阿魏酸为对照品。结果 :当归在 60 Co- γ射线辐照前后阿魏酸的含量无明显变化。结论 :以 60 Co辐照储藏中药当归的方法是有效且可行的。Objective:To determine the content of ferulic acid, a major active constituent in Angelical sinensis , before and after its being irradiated by 60 Co γ rays. Methods:HPLC method was employed and ferulic acid was used as control . Results:No marked change in the content of ferulic acid was found before and after irradiation. Conclusion:It's feasible to store Angelical sinensis under the irradiation of 60 Co.
