尿激酶对椎-基底动脉供血不足血液学部分指标的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察尿激酶 (UK)治疗椎 -基底动脉供血不足 (VBI)对血液学部分指标的影响及临床疗效。方法　治疗组 3 1例 ,UK5× 1 0 5U加入 0 .9%盐水 2 5 0 ml中静脉滴注 ,1次 /d,共 7d;对照组 3 0例 ,治疗以血管扩张剂和钙离子拮抗剂为主。两组以治疗 7d为统计界限。两组治疗前后对全血粘度、血浆粘度、PAd T、PAg T、纤维蛋白原、PLG、PLT计数、BT及BCT等血液学参数进行检测。结果　静脉滴注 UK后病人全血粘度、血浆粘度、PAd T、PAg T、纤维蛋白原及 PLG比治疗前明显改善 (P<0 .0 5或 0 .0 1 ) ,对 PLT计数、BT及 BCT影响不显著 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;对照组对上述参数均改善不明显 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组临床疗效显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　 UK通过改善血液学部分参数达到提高Objective To observe the effect of urokinase on partial hamatological index of vertebral basilar artery blood supply deficiency cases Methods In therapy group 31 cases, UK 5×10 5 U was added into 0.9% NaCl 250 ml, VD, 1/d for 7 days In control group, 30 cases were treated with vessel expander and calcium antagonist for 7 days Before and after therapy, the blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, PAdT, PAgT, fibrinogen, PLG, PLT count, BT and BCT were determined Results After UK therapy, the cases' blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, PAdT, PAgT, fibrinogen and PLG obviously improved than that before UK therapy ( P <0.05 or P <0.01), but the PLT count, BT and BCT had little changes ( P >0.05) In control group, above indexes hadn't obvious changes ( P >0.05) The clinical effect in therapy group obviously higher than that in control group ( P <0.05) Conclusion UK can increase the clinical effect of VBI patients by improving partial hamatological indexes
