摘  要:目的 探讨在肝细胞癌 (HCC)患者中 D-二聚体和 γ-纤维蛋白原多肽 (FGG)的生化改变及其临床意义 .方法 采用酶联免疫吸附反应定量检测了 5 7例 HCC患者的血浆 D-二聚体 ,通过 RT- PCR分析了编码 FGG的 m RNA在病变组织的转录水平 .结果  HCC患者的血浆 D-二聚体含量(0 .81± 0 .2 1) m g· L- 1 显著高于正常对照组 (0 .15± 0 .0 7)mg· L- 1 (P<0 .0 1) ;在各临床分期之间 D-二聚体含量差别非常明显 ,尤以转移期癌 D-二聚体测定值的升高最为显著 .FGG的 m RNA在癌组织中的表达较癌旁非癌组织明显上调 ,同时还发现这种表达增强与淋巴结转移相关 .结论  D-二聚体的异常增高、FGG m RNA的高表达与 HCC的临床分期和淋巴结状况关系密切 .AIM To investigate the biochemical changes of D dimer and gamma fibrinogen polypeptide (FGG), and their clinical significance in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). METHODS Plasma D dimer levels were quantitated in 57 patients with HCC by using ELISA, and the transcriptional level of mRNA encoding FGG was detected in lesion tissues by RT PCR. RESULTS The plasma D dimer level was significantly higher in HCC group (0.81±0.21) mg·L -1 than in normal control group (0.15±0.07) mg·L -1 ( P <0.01). There was a significant difference between the clinical stages, and especially D dimer value of metastastic stage was elevated most markedly. The FGG mRNA expression was up regulated dramatically in cancerous tissues compared with surrounding non cancerous tissues, and it was also discovered that such overexpression was correlated with lymph node metastasis. CONCLUSION The abnormal elevation of D dimer and the overexpression of FGG mRNA are closely related to clinical stage and lymph node status of HCC.
