摘　　要：本文通过建立我国青年科技将帅人才库和基于人才库信息所开展的问卷调查与统计分析,初步探讨了国家自然科学基金对青年将帅人才的成长所发挥的作用、将帅人才的成才因素与目前面临的主要问题,并提出相关的政策建议。Based on the analysis of the collected data after establishing a talent bank for the young leading scientists in China, the paper shows the role of the National Natural Science Fund for the development of these young leading scientists. It also points out what elements impact their development and what problems they are facing in their scientific research. Some suggestions are given for policy-makers in the end of the paper.
