摘　　要：干细胞研究是目前生物医学研究的前沿领域 ,本文以美国国家卫生研究院为对象介绍了干细胞研究的历史、最新进展 ,干细胞的应用和由此带来的伦理问题 。Stem cell research has generated great excitement and has brought biomedical research to the edge of a new frontier. The history, newly progress, applications and ethical issues have been discussed in this paper base on the NIH reports. The data in this paper will be helpful for our researchers in stem cell area.
