CD44V6在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨CD44V 6表达与结直肠癌发生、发展及转移的关系。方法　采用S -P免疫组织化学方法 ,检测 78例原发性结直肠腺癌、14例结直肠腺瘤癌变、5 7例结直肠腺瘤、3 0例结直肠增生性息肉和 2 4例结直肠正常黏膜中CD44V 6的表达情况。结果　腺瘤、腺瘤癌变和腺癌组织中CD 44V 6阳性表达率分别为 78.95 %、10 0 .0 0 %和 5 6.41% ,明显高于增生性息肉和正常黏膜组织的阳性表达率 (14 .81% )。CD44V 6阳性表达与腺癌淋巴结转移、Dukes分期和病理分级无相关性。结论　CD44V 6表达与结直肠癌的发生有关 ,可作为诊断结直肠癌前病变和早期癌的生物学指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between CD44V6expression and tumorigenesis,progression and metastasis in colorectal carcinomas.Methods CD44V6 protein was detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 78 cases of colorectal adenocarcinomas,14 cases of carcinomas in adenomas,57 cases of adenomas,30 cases of polyps and 24 cases of normal mucosa.Results CD44V6 positive expression of adenomas,carcinomas in adenomas and adenocarcinomas was 78.95%,100.00% and 56.41%,respectively,significantly higher than that of polyps and normal mucosa(14.81%),but had no significant correlation with lymph nodes metastasis,Dukes stage and histological grade of colorectal adenocarcinomas.Conclusion CD44V6 expression is correlated with tumorigenesis.It is a useful marker in diagnosis for colorectal precancerous disease and early cancers.
