原发上皮性卵巢癌患者血清中内皮稳定素水平的测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨内皮稳定素在原发上皮性卵巢癌血清中的表达水平及其与病理类型、临床分期和组织分化程度的关系。方法　采用竞争性酶联免疫的方法定量测定患者血清中内皮稳定素的水平。结果　原发上皮性卵巢癌患者 (术前 )血清中内皮稳定素水平低于正常妇女 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;患者血清中内皮稳定素水平在手术后明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;不同病理类型、临床分期和分化程度的卵巢癌患者血清中的内皮稳定素水平 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　内皮稳定素在原发上皮性卵巢癌患者血清中呈低水平表达 ;可能为应用内皮稳定素进行卵巢癌的抗血管生成治疗提供了一定的实验室依据。Objective To investigate the serum level of endostatin(SLEs) in patients with primary epithelial ovarian cancer,and the relationship between SLEs and pathologic classification,clinical and differatiated stage.Methods The SLEs were measured by Competive Enzyme Immuno Assay(CEIA).Results The SLEs in patients were lower( P <0.05) than that in healthy controls;The SLEs in postoperation pateins were obviously higher than that in preoperation patients( P <0.05).The SLEs in patients with different pathologic classification,clinical and differatiated stage had no difference( P >0.05).Conclusion The SLEs in patients with primary epithelial ovarian cancer are low and it may afford some laboratory basis for the antiangiogenesis therapy of ovarian cancer.
