^(32)P内放疗加VM26灌注联合治疗55例脑肿瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨内放疗联合动脉内灌注化疗治疗颅内肿瘤的效果。方法　采用立体定向3 2 P注入加动脉内灌注VM 2 6化疗的方法 ,对 5 5例颅内肿瘤进行治疗。结果　随访时间为 6个月～ 5年。CT扫描复查 ,8例肿瘤消失 ,43例肿瘤体积缩小 ,其中2 5例肿瘤体积缩小 >75 % ,11例缩小 5 0 %～ 75 % ,8例缩小 2 5 %～ 49% ,4例无变化。结论　采用立体定向3 2 P间质内放疗加选择动脉灌注VM 2 6化疗 ,联合治疗颅内肿瘤是有效的。Objective To evaluate the effect of combinating radiotherapy with chemotherapy.Methods The combination of CT guided stereotactis 32 P interstitial radiotherapy with VM26 ultra selective intraatrerial infusion chemotherapy were used in 27 cases with brain rumors.Results 55 cases were followed up 6～60 months and examined with CT scanning.The tumors disappeared in 8 cases.The tumor sizes decreased in 43 cases(25 reduced to more than 75% and 11 more than 50% and 8 more than 25%).The other 4 cases didn't show any changes.Conclusiion The combination of CT guided stereotactic interstitial radiotherapy with VM26 ultra selective intraarterial infusion chemotherapy is an effective method in the treatment of brain tumors.
