尼尔雌醇对绝经妇女子宫肌瘤的影响

摘　　要：目的观察尼尔雌醇对子宫肌瘤的影响。方法用厄尔雌醇2mg口服15d/次,每3月加用安宫黄体酮4mg/d口服共14d,连续服用1年。用药前、用药后3、6、9、12月,用B超测量子宫和子宫肌瘤的大小,并用放射免疫法测血清FSH、LH、E2水平。结果 B超检查11/30子宫肌瘤无变化,19/30在服用3个月时略微增大,此后稳定（P>0.05）。子宫内膜厚度无明显变化。用药后,FSH、LH、E2均无明显变化。结论 尼尔雌醇用药初期对子宫肌瘤有轻度的刺激作用,但日后趋于稳定。To observe the dimension change of the uterine fibroids after taking nilestriol. Methods 2mg nilestriol was taken orally per day for 15d, and 4mg medroxyprogestetone acetate per day for 14d every 3 months. The duration of administration is one year. The size change of the uterus and uterine fibroids was observed before administration by utrasound B and 3, 6, 9, 12months after administration. FSH, LH and E2 were measured by RIA at the same time. Results There was no significant variation in the size of the uterus and uterine fibroids in the treated group. But the size of uterine fibroids slightly increased in 19 out of 30 patients in treated group 3M after treatment. The endometrium width had no change. Also there was no change in FSH, LH, E2 in the treated patients. Conclusion There is slight stimulation on the uterine tumor in the initial stage after administration of nilestriol.
