摘 要:目的探讨小儿横纹肌肉瘤中生肌因子(MyoD1、Myogenin)的表达及意义。方法 应用免疫组化Envision法检测32例小儿横纹肌MyoD1、Myogenin、Des、Sr-A、MG标记物的表达。结果5种标记物在小儿RMS表达的阳性率依次为:Myogenin90.6%、MyoD181.1%、Des65.5%、Sr-A50.0%、MG46.8%。结论 Myogenin与MyoD1较Des、Sr-A、MG在诊断小儿RMS中灵敏度及特异性方面具有显著的优越性,有很高的诊断价值。Myo-genin特异性略高于MyoD1,是目前诊断小儿RMS的最佳免疫组化标记物。To evoluate the expression and significance of MRF(MyoD1、Myogenin) in childhood rhbdomyosarcoma. Methods The Envision immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MyoD1、Myogenin、Des,Sr -A、MG markers in 32 children with rhabdomyosar-coma. Results The sensibility of expression of five markers in childhood rhabdomyosarcoma were arranged in order of Myogenin 90.6%, MyoD1 81.1%、Des 65. 5%、MG46. 8%. Conclusion My-genin and MyoD1,as the new immunnohistochemical markers of childhood RMS, are more sensitive and specific than those old markers as Des, Sr -A and MG. So these new markers are very valuable in the clinical diagnosis of RMS. In terms of specificity, Myogenin is better than MyoD1. Myogenin is the best marker of diagnosis for RMS at present.
