得宝松局部注射和激光照射治疗周围型面瘫  

Local Diprospan Injection Combined with He - Ne Laser Beam Radiation for the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

摘　　要：目的评估得宝松（betamethasone）局部注射和He—Ne激光照射对周围型面瘫的治疗效果。方法250例周围型面瘫,病程为2d到 6月以上。得宝松（内含5mg二丙酸倍他米松+2mg倍他米松磷酸钠）加2％利多卡因3ml,患侧面神经干周围注射,6个月内4d/次,6个月以上7d/次,同时用He—Ne激光局部照射15min,1次/d,10次为一疗程。结果 6个月以内216例病人经15～30d治疗,6个月以上30例部分神经变性患者经50d治疗,疗效100％。4例患者神经完全变性经60d治疗,获得满意疗效。结论 得宝松局部注射和He—Ne激光束照射对周围型面瘫有显著效果。To evaluate local diprospan (betamethasone)injection combined with He-Ne laser beam radiation for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods 250 cases of peripheral facial paralysis with the history between 2d and more than 6 months, were included this clinical study. The therapeutic method consisted of local diprospan (5mg+2mg)plus 2% lidocaine (3ml) injection into the facial nerve trunk at the paralytic side every 4d for 6 months; beyond that period injection was given every 7d and He - Ne laser beam (632. 8nm, 30mw) radiation for 15 min every day, 10 times as one course. Results 216 cases treated within 6 months got 100% successful rate; 30 cases were treated beyond 6 months, even with partial degeneration of nerve, also got 100% successful rate after 50d of treatment ; 4 cases of complete degeneration of nerve got satisfactory result after 60d of treatment. Conclusion Local diprospan injection combined with He - Ne laser beam radiation has significant efficacy in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.
