中西药合用治疗复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎71例观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察滋阴退翳汤对复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效。方法 :观察组 71例用滋阴退翳汤和西药治疗 ,对照组5 2例单用西药治疗。结果 :观察组总有效率为 97.2 % ,对照组为 75 .0 % ,两组比较有非常显著性差异 (χ2 =8.36 ,P<0 .0 1)。结论 :滋阴退翳汤治疗复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎能提高疗效和降低复发率。Objective: To observe the effect of decoction for nourishing yin and removing nebula in treating recurrent simplex herpetic. Methods: The test group (71 cases) had been treated by decoction for nourishing yin and removing nebula mixed with western drugs, and the control, treated by western drugs only. Result: The total effective rate in the test was 97.2%, and that in the control, 75.0%. The difference between two groups was significant (χ 2=8.36,P<0.01). Conclusion: Decoction for nourishing yin and removing nebula in treating recurrent simplex herpetic can be used to improve effect and reduce recurrent rate.
