摘　　要：目的 :探讨三种检查上消化道方法及临床诊断价值。方法 :B超下口服胃显影剂 ,X线钡剂造影结合胃镜检查及活检 ,共检查 86例患者 ,三种检查相隔时间不超过半月。结果 :本组病例术前 B超诊断正确的 75例 ,正确率为 87.2 1% ,X线钡剂造影正确的 70例 ,正确率为 81.4% ,胃镜肉眼结合活检诊断正确的 79例 ,正确率为 91.86 %。结论 :B超检查操作简单 ,病人易于接受 ,但有一定的限度 ,三种检查方法联合使用可明显提高上消化道病变的诊断 ,特别是对胃肿瘤的诊断 ,正确率可达 95 .74%。Purpose To evaluate three methods for upper digestive tract examination and their diagnostic value. Methods In a total of 86 patients barium X-ray examinations coupled with gastroscopy and biopsy were performed by the administration of basium meal by mouth under ultrasonic diagnosis B with intervals less than half a month. Results In this group of patients, a correct diagnosis was obtained by ultrasonic diagnosis B before surgery in 75 patients (87.21 %), by barium X-ray examination in 70 (81.4 %), by gastroscopy in conjunction with biopsy in 79 (91.86 %). Conclusion B mode ultrasound is easy to manipulate and to accept, but it has some limitations. Jointly using the three methods, however, can apparently improve the accuracy for the diagnosis of upper digestive tract lesions, especially for stomach tumour, approaching a precision rate of 95.74 %.
