摘　　要：目的　探讨囊性肾癌影像学特点及临床诊断。方法　回顾我院 1991～ 2 0 0 1年经手术证实的 13例囊性肾癌 ,分析其影像学特点、术中所见、术后病理。结果　本组 4例为多囊性肾癌 ,9例为单囊性肾癌。术前CT诊断 8例 ,超声诊断肾癌 7例。 6例术前诊断不明确 ,行手术探查 ,病理证实为肾细胞癌。结论　囊性肾癌术前诊断有一定难度 ,影像学检查有较高的诊断价值 。Objective To study the image characteristics and clinical diagnosis of cystic renal cell carcinoma.Methods From 1991 to 2001,13 patients with cystic renal cell carcinoma were treated surgically.The characteristic of clinic,images,the operation and pathological findings were analyzed retrospectively.Results 4 patients were multicystic renal cell carcinoma.9 unicystic.Before operation 8 cases were diagnosed by CT,7 cases were diagnosed by ultrasonography.6 cases were not diagnosed and were undertook surgical exploration,then confirming renal cell carcinoma through pathologic findings.Conclusions It is difficult to make correct diagnosis of cystic renal cell carcinoma before operation.Images examination is valuable for diagnosis,but some patients need surgical exploration.
