摘　　要：偏头痛是神经内科常见病、多发病 ,其发病机制尚不完全清楚 ,也没有统一的治疗方法。随着对偏头痛发病机制的不断深入了解 ,新药物、新疗法不断出现。本文概述了有关偏头痛发病机制的探讨 ,并对目前偏头痛的治疗方法和一些用于该症的新药进行了介绍。Migraine is a common and freguently occurring disease in neuromedicine. It is not fully clear about the pathogenic mechanism of migraine and there is no unified treatment method . Along with understanding to mechanism of migraine, new medicines and therapies have been found constantly. In this article,the pathogenic mechanism of migraine from the relevant literature was introduced. The therapy including medication and unmedication, and some new medicines for migraine at the present were summarized.
