摘　　要：目的　探讨肝硬化门脉高压上消化道出血发生率与四季变化的关系。方法　对 370例肝炎肝硬化门脉高压患者发生的 5 2 4例次上消化道出血的四季分布进行了回顾性调查。结果　四季出血发生率比较 ,冬季最高 ,春季、秋季次之 ,夏季最低 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　出血的发生率可能与四季变化有关。Objective\ To investigate the relationship between occurring rate of cirrhotic portal hypertension in combination with upper digestive tract hemorrhage and its seasonal changes.Methods\ Seasonal changes of 524 times of upper digestive tract hemorrhage occurring in 370 cases of cirrhotic portal hypertension were retrospectively analyzed.Results\ The occurring rate of upper digestive tract hemorrhage significantly decreased in order from winter, spring, fall to summer (P<0.01).Conclusions\ The occurring rate of cirrhotic portal hypertension in combination with upper digestive tract hemorrhage might be associated with seasonal changes. Based on our findings, we suggest that nurses should pay close attention to prevention of hemorrhage, monitoring of illness situation and emergency aid of the illness.
